她的腦袋怎麼了?低能加可惡-王鹷嬌管誰搬家搬去那兒?
我真的太久沒看新聞,一看新聞就倒胃口...還是不要太常看...
在F. VARGA那裏看到這則由國民黨高雄市議員王鹷嬌發起的抗議陳玫中搬到高雄簽名活動.
我簡直不敢相信居然會有這種請願活動...而且還真的有人會去簽名??
台灣是個自由的國家,不管是誰要搬家都不須要任何人的同意.不管是你,是我,是姓連的還是和扁有關的,連那些溜到中國及其他世界名地的經濟通輯犯,或趁好時機溜回台灣的劉家昌先生,都不須要遷移住所前取得任何人的同意.為什麼陳致中搬家會須要任何人的同意?
民意代表除了管某人搬家搬去那之外沒有更重要的事要做了嗎?
又,不讓陳致中搬到高雄會讓誰得利? 他搬去那裏或不搬去那裏跟一般大眾到底有啥關係啊?!
這個遇扁必反的神經錯亂倒底是是怎麼種在這些人的心裏的? 連搬家這種雞毛蕀皮的事都要民代來管?而那些去簽名的人連人民有遷徒居住的自由都不知道?
就讓法律評斷處理有罪的人吧,哦,前提當然是法院不是某人開的...
縣議員的水準可不可以高一點兒啊?!!王鹷嬌你應該有比管人家搬去那兒更重要的事可做吧?

蕭泰然的1947_記2009的228和平音樂會
我不是個愛上街抗議的人,搖旗吶喊也不是我的強項.我絶不是政治冷感的人,但是對於群眾運動,我的確冷感.
但是近幾個月來,這已經是我第3次上街了.(換了政權後,原本不愛上街的宅男宅女們開始動了起來,這其中的意義也頗諷刺吧!)只不過這次是和朋友Mia一起去聽228和平音樂會
我的朋友中很少是偏綠營的,我知道的也只有2個.用顏色來界定一個人實在是很奇怪的事,但是似乎在這裏顏色基本上就說明了一些事情.我不愛和朋友談政治,除非對方主動提及,否則在朋友間談政治實在容易傷感情.而綠營的人們也通常保持一貫的低調,不似某些人大喇喇的公開談論,所以也許我身邊有許多是和我一樣的朋友,卻從未彼此相認.
我和Mia是在一次對話中不小心發現原來彼此都站在同一色塊上.當詢問這敏感問題時,相信我和她都有些屏住呼吸的緊張起來.等到確認彼此的理念一致時,不禁又開心了起來.
Mia顯然是個野餐高手,雖然高得像月亮(借用w的形容語),但是背著那一大袋野餐用具也真辛苦她了.我們就用Mia準備的陶杯(難怪野餐包這麼重!但是這樣比較有氣質-Mia說的)泡茶配上手護台灣交響樂團與青春可愛無比的女高音鄭琪樺小姐的音樂開始228和平音樂會.
參加演出的團體挺多的,有職業水準如手護台灣交響樂團,女高音鄭琪樺者,也有業餘團體(音色可不一定業餘哦!)如教會詩班等.有台語,客語,布農語.其中讓我印象最深刻的就是由田明仁長老指揮的淡水布農教會詩班的演出.很是喜歡他們唱的"我信",是由"使徒信經"改編成的詩歌,原住民的歌聲真是天籟啊!!!
這也是我第一次聽到蕭泰然的1947序曲.
以下這兩首是在youtube找到的過去的演出,不是2009 228的演出片斷.
昨天下午聽到這兩首時,我整個人都雞皮疙瘩起來.太有感覺了....
一整個下午我們拿到許多片由義美贊助設計的古早餅,就是爸爸很愛吃的那種傳統餅.義美真有心,設計的相當可愛,我也就很不客氣的拿了很多塊...
不過,回家後再看到下面這則新聞,我只有一個感想,以他的資質應該能想出更好的說詞來詮釋那個政權加諸於台灣人與許多異議外省人家庭的不幸,但是這個代表那個加害政權的人居然唱這首"阮若打開心內的門窗"並期許以寬恕迎向未來?
是誰要寬恕誰呀?
加害人自己講要被害人寬恕加害人?
這種話他怎麼講得出口啊?! 再度驗證這個人不是笨,而是冷血+無恥.

看中廣新聞怎麼"編輯"華盛頓郵報對馬英九的專訪
翻譯外電這件事,不是人人都能翻得精準.但是把人家有講的說沒講,把當時不是重點的放大處理,這個大概就是為官方服務的媒體了吧? 中廣會不會變成台灣的新華社呢? 以下比較12月10中廣記者劉芳與華盛頓郵報原始的報導(12月9日)

When I was inaugurated my wife actually got early retirement because she didn’t want to do anything that might have a conflict of interest. She also asked her brother to quit his job because his company has some business dealings with state-run corporations here. I also asked my elder sister to quit her job, so I always joke that in my family, while I am employed, three people lost their jobs. I just want to get rid of these potential conflict of interests.
馬英九主動要求姐姐辭職?好像不太像吧?馬式風格還真的徹頭徹尾的睜眼說瞎話啊!而寫這篇的中廣大記者能把原本只佔59段中的1小段的內文擴大成中文稿的主體,再來個結論說此報導"完全沒有國內的政治或司法議題，而這反映了美國社會關注的是台灣的經濟與兩岸關係的發展",這種行徑只有4個字能形容-謊話連篇.16個問題中就有7題直接與國內政治有關1題與司法議題有關,怎麼會是"完全沒有"?
中廣會變成台灣的新華社嗎?

Excerpt from Newsweek "Fallout from Chen Shui-Bian's Dramatic Arrest" by Melinda Liu
Such warnings have not just come from traditional DPP supporters. Last week, before Mr Chen’s arrest, twenty prominent international Asia specialists, including Professors Arthur Waldron of the University of Pennsylvania, Bruce Jacobs of Monash University and June Teufel Dreyer of the University of Miami, along with former Far Eastern Economic Review Taipei correspondent Julian Baum, issued an unprecedented open letter expressing “deep concern” at the behaviour of Taiwanese prosecutors. “It is obvious that there have been cases of corruption in Taiwan,” they wrote, “but these have occurred in both political camps.” The recent detentions, they said, had created an impression that the KMT authorities “are using the judicial system to get even with members of the former DPP government.” They accused prosecutors of “a basic violation of due process, justice and the rule of law,” by holding several detainees incommunicado without being charged, and of “trial by press” by leaking detrimental information to the media. They suggested that such actions were jeopardizing the achievements of Taiwan’s transition from one party rule (by the KMT) to democracy in the late 1980s and early 90s.

I like Michael's insight over Mr. Ma's softer approach,
Supporters for this approach seems to argue that if Ma obtains concessions from China, the electorate will respect him and have warm fuzzies about Beijing -- but the evidence shows that the electorate recognizes that such overtures imply a sellout of Taiwan.
Hmmmmm....I guess everybody knows that except the president's office?

I'd rather be an oz than a Chinese!
What do you do when your country is not applicable on the list? I'm so fed up with the repeating MISTAKE in numerous websites that I decide to switch my country of birth as Australia. Well, not that I hold an OZ passport but simply for the fact that I don't bloody want to be part of "Taiwan, province of China"! What the hell is that?

嘉年華式的遊行 I was there!
出發前一晚,W在電話那一頭問我會不會有危險,我很輕鬆的告訴他放心,這會是一場熱鬧但平和的遊行.今天實際參與後,我要再加一句,這是一場熱鬧平和但是堅定表達自我意識的盛事.

當流氓帶著書卷氣時
文化霸權不是一個須要跨越邊境才看得到的東西,文化霸權也會無聲無息的出現在粧點的美崙美奐的書店裏,書架上,所謂的黃金屋,經過某某人導讀後,只剩下如甘蔗渣般的殘屍,你...到底要不要讀?
也是因為如此,看了太多傷我眼的導讀,太多自以為是"在地化"解讀的編輯手記,我越來越傾向看原文書,要不,直接跳過導讀引言.
我...不想吃別人吃剩的甘蔗渣!!
朋友轉寄給我木馬文化最近的新書,讓朋友印象深刻的倒不是書的內容,而是這位編輯寫的引言.

國慶日慶什麼?處於權力天秤下風的那一方用民俗舞宣示和平的"決心"?
同時收到這2篇外電,呈現出2種相當不同的氛圍.馬總統對兩岸的柔性策略之所以被許多人以為是wishful thinking實在其來有自.

第一篇是來自International Herald Tribute,Taiwan celebrates national day with call for peace.
文中提及受過哈佛教育的馬總統這麼說:
Ma said his efforts to alleviate tensions across the 100-mile- (160 kilometer-) wide Taiwan Strait "have won the international community's affirmation."
馬先生說他對舒緩兩岸緊張情勢的作為已獲得全世界的認同

Paralympics: Taiwan javelin ace banned from Beijing Paralympics
這是一篇來自Bangkok Post有關殘障奧運的報導.

interfering behind the scenes不言自喻,和中文的"在幕後指使操控"幾乎有異曲同功之妙呢!
選手們的負面心理可想而知,倒是政府層級的體委會回答挺有趣:

Tainted Japanese rice discovered at Taiwan company

AFP: Taiwan to cut military spending amid warming China ties: report
這是一篇來自AFP的報導,有關台灣軍購與外交預算大幅刪減的新聞。
Taiwan plans to scale back its military spending in 2009 amid warming ties with rival China, it was reported Saturday.
找了半天似乎都沒有字典有載明scale back這個phrase,但是當scale為動詞時,其解釋是這樣的:
size or measure according to a scale
這似乎是最符合原文的解釋了.所以scale back大概和中文的"向下調整"有異曲同功之妙吧!
It will account for 17.2 percent of next year's government budget, the report said, but the move has drawn criticism from opposition lawmakers.
根據Encarta的解釋account for有以下3個解釋
1. explain something: to provide an explanation for something
And how do you account for his behavior?

游芭絲_彎延山路上的清新小店
補阿里山遊記
從溪頭往阿里山的路上,我們臨時起意想彎進達娜伊娃谷.這一臨時起意就是一路一斷的蜿延山路.在路上就看到了這個在山路邊邊的小店,挺醒目.但是未停留,後來證明有點失策.
到了達娜伊娃谷,有些...怎麼說...失望.達娜伊娃谷是個園區,前陣子登上新聞的原因是當地鄒族人努力護魚最後成功的故事.也許是非假日的關係,園區內人影稀少,更突顯出建築物的破敗與了無生氣.這是一個讓人看得玩興大減的地方.我連相機都很懶得拿出來拍.
我們後來就只走到第二護漁區,看到一群群的魚種在清徹的溪裏悠游,的確是一個明顯的護漁果實.但是週遭的環境不十分的kid-friendly,我們又帶著幼鹷孩童.所以放棄繼續往上走第一護漁區,後來和游芭絲的老闆小聊一下才知道第一護漁區才是最美的地方...唉,好吧,只能說走進園區內的前半段破敗的景象把我的冒險心都磨掉一半了...而且聽老闆說在他們這裏買入園券有打折哦!早知道就先在這裏用餐啊!
旅途結束後才上網找找有關鄒族人護漁的資料,發現這個有田野研究性質的山美日記有些挺有趣的觀點和不太會在媒體上看到的觀察記錄.
喜歡游芭絲的店面設計,座落在半山腰上,正好給駕駛在彎曲山路上的旅人一個清爽小憩的地方

Ma has certainly very keen on practicing his softer approach toward the Beijin government. Let's hope he doesn't forgett that it's the Taiwanese who got him to the presidency, not the Chinese.

Chinese cheers pose a dilemma for Taiwan's athletes
這一篇是英國Guardian報導有關中國觀眾在北京奧運為台灣女子舉重選手加油的報導.
Some of the Chinese crowd applauding the crop-haired Taiwanese contender said it was "natural" to do so.
在問到為何為台灣選手加油時,這名任工廠經理說"因為台灣是中國的一部份,所以如果她得金牌那也算是中國的!"
"I don't think she's as strong as the Kazakh woman. But Taiwan is a part of China, so if she wins gold that also counts as ours," said Li Rufeng, a retired factory manager from northeast China, speaking before the results were decided.
記者在比賽結束後問到盧映錡來自中國觀眾的加油是否讓她士氣大振?她很低調的回應"這太敏感了,我不知道"

蔣介石和毛澤東在信義鄉農會把酒言歡
走進信義鄉農會時看到的這個角落著實讓我...想吐.
這2個人放在一起是多麼的諷刺啊!果真沒有一世的朋友,也沒有一世的敵人.不過,看看開放兩岸直航後中國人的旅遊人數統計,恐怕也不值得台灣人這麼熱情相待吧?!
本來看到梅子就受不了的我,和爸媽逛完一圈後兩手空空的出來.爸爸說農會裏面很多產品的產地地名標示已經改成 台灣地區了...
還有比自降國格更悲哀的事嗎?

step backward....
I can't help feeling angry and sad when reading the news about prosecutors indicte four DPP legistators for their roles in trying to stop KMT lawmakers from entering DPP campaign headquaters. I see this country is steping backward, gradually, to the state that no one wins but our aggressive neighbor.
The court belongs to whom?.....Are we going back to the state that only bearing a KMT certificate can gurantee our equality in law? Where is the rationality and justice of all these surpression of freedom of speech and privacy in the name of LAW?
Is this democracy?
Interesting string of comments from Michale Turton's opinion, which makes me wonder, are we the only one that are blindfolded from what's happening in front of us?

:-(不是因為國民黨贏了
而是因為知道仍有一半的人看不到正義被實踐的必須,看不到包裝之下的敗柳。
國民黨有沒有再度執政的能力,我很想知道.不,與其說是很想知道,不如說是急切的希望被證明我的這一票是投錯的。
我希望國民黨能向人民證明他們的執政團隊值得這58%的人民的選票信任加上另外41%的人民的沉默接受。我希望國民黨能向台灣人證明他們已經不是4年之前敗選之後只喊著驗票讓台灣陷入數個月的荒亂。我希望國民黨能將他們三句不離嘴的"高道德標準"用在處理黨產,處理228事件,處理擁有立委身份的經濟罪犯問題,處理利用政經關係橫行的政治人物.
我希望國民黨能向這41%的人民證明我們今天的這一票是投錯了.
傷心不是因為國民黨贏了,傷心是因為,邏輯思考顯然不敵製造民意的媒體.傷心是因為,在教育水準普遍提高的台灣,人們仍然看不到手中公投的那一票是經過多少的血汗,多少人的犠牲而換來的.傷心是因為,台灣人太容易忘記,太輕易原諒....
